ARK Building Group, are a multi-faceted company focussing on remedial works for a broad range of industry sectors. ARK has extensive experience in the building and construction industry. We are a solutions driven company with a positive perspective and approach to project delivery management services.
Our project portfolio is diverse and ranges from $1m to $10m. We provide a broad range of building services. Property management, strata management, consulting engineers. Safety and longevity, complying with industry standards.
Over the last decade, we have completed a number of quality construction projects and achieved great success. ARK has been at the forefront in execution of a wide array of construction projects, some of our clients include; VISY, ZIP and JLL.

Company Background

Since being established by founder Fred Ayad in early 2015, this Australian-owned construction SME firm has earned a solid reputation as being one of the most professional and agile building contractors in the state, and thus continues to grow and gather momentum.
Founder and Director Fred Ayad started his professional construction career with one of Australia’s largest development firms Australand, currently known as Frasers Property. He then moved on to gain further industry experience from prominent establishment firms such as Abigroup (Lendlease), PACLIB Group and FDC Construction.
Having gained in-depth knowledge and experience working at top tier firms, Fred explained ‘ARK was formed as he felt there was a gap in the market to service clients at the same level all whilst providing a boutique client centric and streamlined construction approach to create better value’.

Milestones
We provide a detailed design and construction program with milestones. We will guarantee to meeting all key milestones. We guarantee to submit a Development Application (DA) within 3 months of being engaged by the client.
